IRIS consulting RESILIENT SALES training is a unique sales program designed to help sales professional to deal with emotional resistance and its effect on them as an individual. The program recognises that some people are naturally hardier than others are; however, everyone can develop a resilience approach to their work and life that will increase their ability to be successful, overcome obstacles, and achieve sales results even in times of emotional distress. IRIS consulting RESILIENT SALES program is both a personal skills development program designed to promote ones ability to remain focused, on-task and in problem solving mode in the face of workplace challenges like change, pressure and uncertainty. As well as a skills training program that will help to improve ones personal sales system and relationship management strategies. Through a process of retrospective learning participants will master the art of… ¨ identifying negative thinking and self-limiting responses; ¨ developing mental strength to navigate their way through life’s challenges; ¨ successfully managing anxiety and performance pressure; ¨ overcoming barriers that get in the way of building solid relationships; ¨ realistic optimism; and ¨ identifying with the strengths of authentic happiness. The delivery model of this program is adaptable and can be modified to work within the training schedule of your organisation.
